Lacing Techniques

♦ Now that you have decided which technique best suits you... the next important thing is to do the laces up.

Now this may seem like a no brainer, but there is generally two ways laces are tied, either via a granny knot or a reef knot. The reef knot is the more secure method, whilst the granny knot may come undone at the most inopportune moments i.e. during the final stages of a running race (I know from experience).
